Fun little trick to pull with the Ravinica lands that tap for (U) and another color. If you play an island on turn one, next turn you can tap it for (U) then sweep it for Izzet Boilerworks or whatever other land you\\\'ve got. Then use the (U) you added with your island to cast twiddle and untap the land.

I suppose if you were really in a pinch, that would do the trick. I'd rather just twiddle my thumbs until the next turn though, haha.
