You can do this combo with threshold, but you won't really be doing anything without storm. It's an infinite loop without any gain. Pay 2, tap scepter, add 5, pay 3, untap scepter.

Woops, I guess it's not pure black infinite mana. This combo would be good with a demons horn, or to make infinite mana work, use this:
