NOTE:: Ornithopters were used simply for example.
Two creatures of any sort will work just fine.
The setup is :
1 Thornbite Staff in play.
1 Hell's Caretaker in play.
1 Ornithopter in play.
1 Ornithopter in the graveyard.
Equip the Staff onto the Caretaker(9th Edition).
Tap the Caretaker to sac one of the Thopters,
thus activating the staff's ability to immediately
untap the Caretaker and grab the other Thopter.
Find a card that rewards you for creatures
coming in and out of play , such as
Disciple of the Vault , Soul Warden , etc.
Easily able to provide massive resources.

Nice combo William..
but would it not work with 1 "Thopter"? it would be sacrificed to trigger the ability, and would be in the graveyard before the ability to grab a creature from the graveyard resolves.. so logically, you'd only need 1 creature to Sacrifice.
