Turn 1: Play Ancient Tomb, cast Isochron Scepter and remove Boomerang from the game.

Turn 2: Play your Island and a Lotus Petal, cast Stasis. Now, on your opponent's turn, return Stasis at the end of his turn with Ancient Tomb and Isochron Scepter. So you don't skip your untap step, and replay it after your upkeep, and repeat until you have at least four Islands in play to prevent more damage from Ancient Tomb.

Gemstone Caverns works in place of Lotus Petal.

And instead of playing an Island on turn 2, you can play Rishadan Port, so you can tap opponent's lands before they do.

ancient tomb and isochron + boomerang works well if u return the opponent land, and it's very frustating for the opponent to play with only one land each turn
