What would happen in this situation?

Gideon Jura becomes a creature you can clone it.

But what will come of the clone?

I beleive the clone would die due to lack of lolaty counters, but I don't know the most on it.

Its when you use his 3rd ability it becomes a 6/6 solider creature that prevents all damage. Meaning he is target-able by creature kill cards.

Yep, but the clone would gain the planeswalker type, and it wouldn't have any lolaty counters on it, so the clone would die (I am not possitive on this)

Yeah, I think you're right. But you never know this could be an awesome way to get a 6/6 solider preventer for 4 haha

No, it would come into play as just a planeswalker, similair to how if you copy a chimiric staff, it comes into play as just he artifact.

when a planeswalker comes into play it gets loyality counters.  clone comes into play as a copy of the creatures base characteristics and abilities, and will trigger any come into play effects, so the clone would come into play as a planewalker with all of gidion abilities and 6 loyality counter.

However, before you can do anything it and gidion would then die as a state based effect due to the planeswalker uniquiness rule

From Wizards.com

A planeswalker comes into play with a number of loyalty counters on it equal to it's loyalty number. While a planeswalker is in play, it's loyalty is equal to the number of loyalty counters on it, and it's printed loyalty number is ignored.

Thus, meaning it WOULD copy it. It WOULD come into play as a 6/6 creature that is also a planeswalker with 3 loyalty counters on it.

BUT!!!

* If two or more planeswalker in play share a subtype in play, they are placed into their owner's graveyards as a state-based effect.

It would just end up killing them both....

Correct me if i'm wrong since i didn't check the rules yet, but if the card that a creature enchatment targets ceses to be a creature, then wouldn't the card no longer be a valid target, and therefore cause the enchantment to go to the graveyard?

There would be two of the same Planeswalkers and they would both die.

@psyche If you enchant them yes. Clone isn't an enchant. It would become the creature. As like the Chimeric staff or what not. It would come into play as the artifact but not as a creature but would still have the same effect.

Or, you could NOT try to clone a Gideon and keep your one Gideon alive.
