While sigil of the empty throne is in play, play an oblivion ring (the target doesn't matter). Then play a second oblivion ring which targets the first oblivion ring, then play the third ring targeting the second which comes back in to play. Target the third o-ring with the first which has come back in to play, this brings back the second o-ring, which you target the first o-ring with, etc. By cycling the o-rings you generate angels with the empty throne, can be repeated infinitly.

Actually, Sigil of the Empty Throne triggers upon you playing an enchantment, not upon one coming into play.

actually there's no loop here , you cast the first Ring target a creature for example , then cast the 2nd Ring on the First Ring and the creature is back, cast the 3rd Ring on the 2nd ring which brings back the first Ring and then either takes out the creature or the 3rd Ring!! There is actually no loop here! If you take the creature out, that’s the end of the creature, if you take out the 3rd Ring you bring back the 2nd Ring and your back where you started! The same goes for champion ability !

Being back where you started is what makes it a loop. It works just fine and has been around since Faceless Butcher hit the field.
