This has nothing to do with a combo but I recently opened a booster pack (world wake) and the foil slot of my pack had a blank card. The back looks normal with the logo but the front has nothing but a black boarder. Does anybody know anything about this? Is this kind of mistake/misprint worth anything?

Where did you buy the pack at?
And from the sound of it, it sounds like it's a misprint. Keep it! or sell it to me.

those used to come in world champions packs with the idea of in super casual printing your own cards.

I saw them on ebay just like this. based on that I will sell it for 30$ thats how much it's worth. The unglued ones with the silver/grey boarders are worth 150. wish I'd gotten one of those
