Your opponents cannot cast spells this turn. (Spells casted before this resolves are unaffected.)

Play the Scepter and choose to imprint Silence.

At your opponents upkeep each turn, use the scepter so they cant play spells for the rest of the turn.

Fountain Watch makes it hard for opponents to spot remove the scepter, which would ruin the combo.

Never being able to play spells on their own turn means any sorcerys and most creatures become as useless as lands to them.

If you threw in Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir instead of Fountain Watch, your opponent doesn't stand a chance. You're sure to win ;)

In place of Silence, try Orim's Chant from Planeshift :)
