Have out the Ascension powered up,Cauldron of Souls, Intruder Alarm, March of the Machines and Necroskitter. Tap COS to persist all creatures drop Damnation to kill everything and bring it back with counters, untapping the COS. Tap COS again to persist again, Damnation hits again killing everything with the counters and they go right to you. Then Aether Snap and done!

COS would die and come back with summoning sickness, so this will take two turns.

you don't need to do the cos twice, necro brings back your oppenents creatures  under your control, yours stay in the graveyard since they all had a counter on them due to the first activation of cos
