Lattice makes all artifacts, then null rod disables all artifacts activated abilities with costs. So run this with a deck that has no activated abils with cost and you are smooth flying.

If you can't tap a land for mana, then it will be a draw...

Oh I see.. I seem to misinterpreted the null rod. How I understood it to mean was artifacts with costs such as mana or sacrifice.. I now see that simple tap abilities count as costly abilities.. My mistake

It would play out until someone decked, besides, you can still attack, and there are 0 mana creatures.
