bounce the scepter and replayit each turn milling 5 and increasing the odds you can counter what they play

each time Jester's Scepter comes into play it is a new permanent. Because of that, the cards to be countered would not be total cards removed, but cards removed the last time it came into play. This isn't to bad, because it is exile mill 5 cards a turn, which is better that just to the graveyard, and it does still have the last 5 cards as counters.

Don't worry. I mess up all the time. I'm its usual that I'm deliriously tired when i think up my combos. I often post them, and am corrected, or realize that i was wrong after some sleep.
