With Training Ground out, enchant Gilder Bairn with Arcane Teachings. You can tap Gilder to do 1 damage than untap him for 1 blue or green to double the counters on Trisk. I had Trisk @ 49/49 with 4 Blue mana. Added Magefire to give Triskelion Fying and he was a 51/49.

I know it's not the quickest but if you get it all out it's devistating.

there are many creatures that can be used to turn into a monster fast with guilder tap enchantment and gemstone array/ training grounds. Anything with graft, or sekki, seasons' guide.

paradise mantel instead of the teachings makes it infinite.

Actually this is the quickest way to get that infinite counter...
Let's see:
first turn: play land, Birds of Paradise, Paradise Mantle.
Turn two: Gilder Bairn
Turn 3: equip paradise mantle to gilder bairn then cast Pentad Prism... Easy infinite mana just cast Training Grounds and it is infinite... then finally triskelion...

I didn't say anything about being infinant. I just wanted to make it realisticlly big. My way does work and pretty quickly I might add. Anytime someone tries too do an inf combo to me online, I quite immediatly. I had this pulled off in about 15 seconds and was attacking with a 25/25 that turn. You guys just want to figure out a way to abuse the cards in the most broken way possible and thats fine just not my style. Just thought I'd say that. I still love you all. thnks for the inf. input.
