Play Bodyguard.  Put Favorable Destiny and Inviolability on it.  All damage dealt to you is instead dealt to the Bodyguard, which can't take damage.  The Favorable Destiny makes it so he can't be killed.

I feel like I'm forgetting something, but I think this works.

The best way to receive no damage whatsoever is with Wall of Glare, enchanted with Inviolability and Pariah. Go check out my combo called BULLETPROOF!!!!!!!!!
