Well, this card isn't in the database yet....
This may or may not be a combo.....It's more of a question regarding the use of the Explorer's Scope, for anyone who may know.
1: Would the scope's effect take place if the Gustcloak Harrier removes itself from combat? Would that attack still be considered to have happened?
2: Same thing for Reconnaissance, with any random creature other than a Gustcloak....?
If this works, the Divining Top becomes a filter to guarantee an extra land drop.

yes it would. Being declared an attacker makes it an attacker. The scope would trigger. Removing the creature from combat later doesn't cause an untrigger of the scope. untrigger isn't a word, and it isn't a rule in magic.
