If you have Eon Hub in play, then you can play the pacts for free, at any time, without fear of the consequences (note: if you do this, be sure to protect your Eon Hub, because if it dies, then you have to pay the mana for the pacts next turn)

Why not just use angel's grace? It's cheaper, and you don't have to protect it, as it has split second.
