With cost reductions, twogun can be 3 to cast while Lin can be 4 to cast...

Still Vigilance is still good to have...

3 Sapphire Medallions... With two SM, both yours and Lin are equal in CMC... which gives him the advantage bec. of vigilance... the only advantage you have is that yours can still be reduced (CMC)...
