Cast Unearth... Choose Eternal Witness... When Eternal Witness enters the battlefield, return unearth...

Repeat until Satisfied...

Cast Bitter Ordeal FTW!
Or any card with "Storm" Mechanic...

Unearth is a sorcery, not a creature. You can't sac it to the alter.

you don't you sac the witness, you then use unearth to return to witness when the witness return to play unearth goes back into your hand repeat
