Tap crier for white discard a card goes to bottom of your library put a 2 tokens sac one to altar put a charge counter on gemstone array remove for white tap niv draw reuse crier gaining 1 token and dealing 1 damage each time. I tried to keep it dual-colored but other than niv-mizzet I couldn't find anyother draw abilities. (Immediatly after submiting this I thought of arcanis)

It wouldbe less mana to use Training Grounds instead of heartstone, but otherwise, cool.
