Have the witch and the staff out already. Then cast Kiki Jiki, the staff auto-equips. Next turn, cast Thermopod, then the fun begins.
Tap Kiki Jiki to copy thermopod, sac the copy for mana. Kiki Jiki untaps, with 1R floating. Tap him to make another Termopod. Sac the new themopod to the witch with the floating 1R, and repeat.

you should use skirt prospector instead of thermopod, but okay.
