Imprint - When Isochron Scepter comes into play, you may remove an instant card with converted mana cost 2 or less in your hand from the game. (The removed card is imprinted on this artifact.)
{2}, {T}: You may copy the imprinted instant card. If you do, you may play the copy without paying its mana cost.

(and since mana burn no longer exists, add dark ritual).

Basically, you just imprint silence onto the scepter, and activate it every turn at the beginning of their upkeep before their draw phase. The only thing they will be able to play is a scattered arrangement of instants. With the right deck, you could mass them with creatures and blow them away under ten turns.

Since you're already playing extended, you should include Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. This shuts down the instant speed artifact destruction letting your opponent be truely locked down :)

to all you people saying to use silence, theres a better one u could use. i talked to a chat admin on mtgo and asked if u could play the kicker on a card being replayed and u can. there for i would opt to use Orim's chant. same effect better for late game play if hes already hitting u hard. hope that helps
