Turn 1: Put down Scorched Ruins, then Lotus Petal, sacrifice it to Stifle the land's ability. Then play Cursed Rack.

Turn 2: Now is where things star to get interesting. After your draw step, you now have 4 cards in your hand. Now, you put down Lotus Vale, another Lotus Petal, sacrifice it to Stifle it's ability. Then play Meditate on your opponent's turn.

Turn 3: And finally, put down an Island, play a Lotus Petal, play Thought Devourer and Donate it right away to your opponent, and tap your Island and sacrifice Lotus Petal to play Energy Field.

Your opponent ends up with maximum hand size of 0. And your protected from any damage dealt to you.

it seems to work nice, but you are counting on drawing 3 of a single card, which makes me raise an eye brow... but yeah, they have 0 card hand, but they can break it on a lucky draw (you don't discard until the end of the turn regardless of max hand size)

It requires a good hand but so as other combos... as for weaknesses, so as other combos...
