Have The Forementioned cards out. If you tap Hidetsugu, it will deal damage equal to the life total of anyone who's life total is even.

I love using this on people! The one thing you must remember though is that your life is at an odd and your opponents is on an even number.

Or to prevent killing yourself too you can play a R/W deck. Use some white cards to keep from hurting yourself like Runed Halo, Burrenton Forge-Tender, or Story Circle.

i have a deck built similar to this however i like to use overblaze in place of furnace of wrath do to the fact it is an instant it would let me do it on there turn if i so choose

hmm let me clear up what i said before u assume im noob because u arent thinking :). the reason i prefer the instant is because u CANT play enchantments on ur turn and if someone sees the enchantment and the creature on the board (until 2010) they will just mana burn themselves 1 point and laugh at u. i prefer to play all my kill effects at the end of a turn in which they tap all there mana. let me give an example.....they see both cards on the board are they gonna tap all there mana or save 3 at all times for the creature kill or burn or counter card in there hand. good rule of thumb always is dont reveal whats going to kill them before it does and generally its easy to sneak an instant up on some one vrs an enchantment thats all
