Pump 3 green mana into omnath. Tap everything.

End of opponents turn spend 3 green mana but use one as blue (lattice) to untap killswith.

You can wade over with your stuff and all opponents is tapped. Tap everything again (after adding green to your mana pool) and repeat.

I do have one question with this.
Can islands be tapped to ad green mana to your pool, or is it blue mana that can be used as green?

Either way its not too much of a problem if your playing Green blue.

Islands can be tapped to add blue mana, Forests can be tapped to add green, unless if there is something in the card stating otherwise, it can't produce mana that isn't of its type.

Unless you're playing by house-rules, in which case, it would really depend on what rules you agree on.

its blue mana that can be used as green.  Like Ephemerace said, unless a card says otherwise, an island only can tap for blue, a forest can only tap for green, the lattice then lets you use that blue or green to pay a colored cost.  So basically it doesn't change the mana that is produced only how its used when paying for stuff,  which is important as the blue mana will sit in your pool as blue mana so it won't pump the locus and will empty during phases
