Make all spells black and white reduce mana cost by up to four. I answered my own question for anyone reading this.

If anyones interested what the up to 4 breakdown is...
the only spells that can be reduced by 4 are spells that started out as Black
and
white orginally
if the spell was orginally black
or
white it can be reduced by 3 max
Spells that were orginally other colors can be reduced by 2 max

Yes, because you don't change the mana symbols with painters servant, which is all edgewalker looks for
