Never mind. I read Endless Whispers wrong. It will deal 7 damage each turn.

no, this combo works...
use phyrexian altar to sac bronze bombshell, then you choose your opponent, it comes into play under his control, then they sacrifice it and are dealt 7 damage, then it goes into your graveyard since you own it.
and if your opponent puts it into play under your control with endless whispers, it doesnt do the damage to you since you own it.

this could be really good with stuff for returning things to play from your graveyard...

and this isnt infinite though, but its still good...

Turbine is right. Its 1 mana and 7 damage a turn, not infinite. Still very solid, especialy since 7*3 is 21, so it is a 3 turn countdown.
