Really? I thought Lure will trigger many "becomes blocked" triggers...

no he is only declared as a blocker or blocked 1 time even if it is by multiple creatures

Doesn't need the lure. Just block one of there attacking creatures and you get the counter, then spend it before damage is assigned.

Well, it does prevent your opponent's attacking creatures... Maybe a doubling season for additional counters?

Wow! Spike hatcher is a ridiculous card. Spike Weaver is in my friends cube and that card is amazing as well.
