It takes a few turns to lock all there lands. Still this is simple and effective.

Seedborn Muse will unlock it easily...

it is a single simple black combo. Just kill the seedborn muse. They get a turn of lands. One turn shouldn't end your game. The idea is a simple way to lock there lands. It has the benifit of being black blue, which means killing creatures that try to stop it, and counterspelling other things that try to inturupt it. It is a slow but effective endgame. Not perfect though.
