First turn: lay down a land, play Paradise Mantle and (optionally) play down Elvish Pioneer to get another land down.
Second Turn: lay down a land, play Pili-Pala, and equip Paradise Mantle.
Third Turn: play down Heartstone, and then let the madness begin.
Pili-Pala's ability's cost is reduced to "(1),untap: add one mana." In which case, you tap for the Paradise Mantle ability to add one of any colour, and continue this loop until you have accumulated sufficient mana for some quick x damage spell or the like.
This combo (including the elf) can be obtained in the opening hand (7 cards).
A perfect abuse of the ridiculous 'untap' ability if I do say so myself ;) |

Another possibility is:
Turn 1: Swamp, Dark Ritual, play Pili Pala, play Paradise Mantle and equip it to Pili Pala.
Turn 2: Island, Training Grounds....let the madness begin ;)
If you equip Viridian Longbow after having generated enough mana...you can finish off your opponent on turn 2.
