ghost away and panoptic mirror is good for pandimonium. Galepowder mage works to. I like the ghost awway and the mirror for ally decks. Add in pandimonium to that and watch the world go boom.

Murderous redcap,  doomgape, flametoung kavu,  acidic slime, bogardan hellkite, eternal witness, avian fateshaper, big game hunter, avalanche riders. sounds fun. especaly the avalanche riders. That is if you don't have emukal.

Avalanche riders is fun. Especially since you don't have to pay the echo cost this way and each time they sac a land. Good combo.

Its says for echo cost when this creature comes in play under your control, not when he is cast.  doesnt that mean you have to play the echo cost everytime you remove him and put him back into play?

since everytime a creature leaves play and then returns it is considered a new creature, so yes it came into play under your control since your last upkeep so you will need to pay the echo cost each turn
