Simple combo that allows you to use Mangara three times before she's gone instead of once. I owned a Time Spiral draft tourney with this combo.

This shouldn't work mangara's ability resolves after momentary blink, so both remain removed, unless you have the mana to pay both costs so you can tap mangara three times

Whenever a card is exiled, it 'forgets' anything that was previously applied to it, so even though it's the same card returned to the battlefield, it doesn't get removed by it's own ability.

This is correct. I absolutely hated this ruling when Mangara was standard. Seems to me that they stretch the rules too much in MTG now. But yeah, since Mangara isn't being sacrificed to use his ability, he is still a legal target on the board to blink before the stack resolves....also making Mangara's target go to exile-land. Bleh.
