This only works in one on one. Basically Sengir kills them gets +2/+2 and you get the creature. Sengir is untapped by alarm repeats. Once all enemy creatures are dead sac them to fallen angel and repeat, coincidentaly you can control all your opponents creatures

how do you untap Baron Sengir to use the bow a second time?

creature enters play because of whispers so sengir untaps because of intruder alarm

thanks. I misread the endless whispers. I thought is was a replacement effect, but it's not.
