You may play any number of lands on each of your turns. Whenever you play a land, if it wasn't the first land you played this turn, this enchantment deals 1 damage to you.

Ok, Fastbound allows you to play any number of lands a turn, but it pings you for 1 every time you do it. So the Grazing Gladehart allows you to net 1 life for every extra land. Then, 2 of the Ravnica bounce lands (such as Gruul Turf) and bounce each other indefinatly. Add in any other landfall card for it to activate infinite times.
(edit) I think you may be able to actually do it with only one bounce land... sorry if this combo has been posted b4

Infinite mana matters none with infinate life, or you could throw lotus cobra in there
