Altered version of Burning_Shadows combo submitted a day or two ago.

While having Hedron Crab and Amulet of Vigor in play, play Magosi then pay B and tap Magosi, skipping your next turn, then use anything (I used Ley Druid as an example) to untap Magosi and remove the Eon counter and taking an extra turn after that one.

It's second ability would resolve after you skip your next turn meaning essentially, instead of having the normal turn schedule (you, opponent, you, opponent), you would skip all you normal turns and instead have infinite turns in a row (skipping your normal ones and repetitively making a new one immediatly after).

It almost works like getting loaned the turns you would usually have and getting them right away.

Hedron Crab will happily act as the win condition in this example

If you skip your next go, then take an additional turn, you just skip the additional turn and pass the go to your opponent.

all that does is negate the skipped turn.  Your opponent still gets the next turn.

It Starts with this as the turn schedule

you (the turn you are currently on)
opponent
you
opponent
you
opponent
....

Once you skip your next turn it becomes.

you (the turn you are currently on)
opponent
(skipped)
opponent
you
opponent
....

Once you take a turn AFTER THIS ONE (keywords; why it works) it becomes

you (the turn you are currently on)
you
opponent
(skipped)
opponent
you
opponent
....

Then all you have to do is play Maghosi again from you hand, do the combo again during your next turn, and bingo infinite turns. Also the act of putting down the Magosi during your next turn mills your opponent 3.

I see how it works.  Your turn is still skipped just the extra turn is after this turn so you still get to go again.  If you keep doing that I see now that it is infinite if done correctly.  Its a 4 card combo so it will take some time to get it unless you throw in some tutors.  Nice combo!!

it doesn't work- your next turn  is your next turn, not two or 3 turns down the road

and if any further clarification is needed, straight from gatherer

If you somehow activate Magosi's third and fourth abilities during the same turn, the effects will cancel each other out. The turn you skip is the next one you would take, which is the turn created by Magosi's fourth ability. It doesn't matter in which order the abilities resolved.

Even wotc says the two abilitys cancel each other out

Do you mean two opposite abilities?

IceRapture, you are wrong. If an effect tells you to skip your next turn, it is always the next one you would take. In this case it is the extra one from using Magosi. This combo achieves nothing.

You need Rings of Brighthearth to copy the extra turn ability to get infinite turns.

Ya, I guess I thought that which turn you skip was assigned when you first used the 3rd ability, not just which one came next.
