This interaction was seen on the MTGSalvation.com Rules forum, check the combo section on forums.mtgsalvation.com for more combos.

With Greater Good in play and Deathrender in play equiped to a creature, Play Greater Good's ability by sacrificing the equipped creature to it. The sacrifice creature will trigger Deathrender's second ability to put a creature into play and equip Deathrender. Let that ability resolve. Now let the Greater Good ability resolve, it will use the last known information of when you sacrificed the creature and see that while it was in play with Deathrender, its power had +2 allowing you to draw 2 more cards, then discard the 3 cards to the second part of the Greater Good ability. You now should have more creatures to keep playing the ability.

This is a great way to sift through your deck for combo parts or get Huge creatures into play at the end of your opponent's turn.

a sac engine would be great for this kind of combo. although, i cant think of much cards that either return to the field, or back to your hand. A couple of gravediggers or Akuta, Born of Ash, would do well to complement this combo.
