I have a question,  If I sneaked a darksteel colossus.  At end of turn could I put gleancrawlers ability on the stack first so that it goes back to my hand instead if shuffling back in?

no, the reason being is darksteels ability is a replacement effect it gets shuffled back into hand instead of going to the graveyard. so it never hits the grave.

the colossus states that when it hits the graveyard it shuffles back in(it has to hit the graveyard to shuffle so it does hit the graveyard).  I know that it will shuffle back in any time other than end of turn.  What I am asking is if I sneaked it at end of turn,  when it hits the graveyard I can return it to my hand putting the gleancrawlers ability on the stack then as it hits it gets returned to hand before its own affect goes off.  It would actually be a triggered effect and as far as I know triggered effects go off first.  And if they are both triggers I can choose which one goes off first.

Firstly, Darksteel Colossus has a REPLACEMENT effect, not a Triggered Ability. The key word is the 'instead' at the end of the ability. It will never go into your graveyard for Gleancrawler to return.

Even if it was a triggered ability, you cannot do what you describe.

At the beginning of the end step, two abilities trigger. Gleancrawler's 'return all dead guys' one, and the 'sacrifice me' ability set up by Sneak Attack.

You can stack these two abilities however you want. So for example, you stack them so the Sneak Attack one resolves first.

However, once Sneak Attack's ability resolves and your guy hits the 'yard, the triggered ability from your pseudo-Colossus (remember for the purpose of this example we are swapping the replacement effect for a triggered ability) goes on the stack, ABOVE the Gleancrawler activity. This will cause it to resolve first, putting the Colossus back in your library before it could be returned to your hand.

got ya,  I was totally missing the instead part.  My goof.  I fully understand now.  According to the gleancrawler the creature has to be in the graveyard anyways.   Issue resolved,  thanks for clearing that up!! :)  So if a Serra avatar went it would be able to come back since the instead effect is not there.  That would mean I could stack the triggers how I want.  Correct?
For some reason I was thinking that the colossus hit the graveyard.

Afraid it still wouldn't work with Serra Avatar.

Remember, at end of turn you are NOT stacking it's ability - you are stacking the 'sacrifice me' and the 'return' abilities, as per the previous example.

You cannot choose when the triggers happen, only their order (in the case of multiple triggers at the same time).

The Avatar's 'shuffle' triggered ability only triggers when it goes to the graveyard. This won't happen until it's sacrificed. When this happens, the new triggered ability goes on the stack on top of anything already there, and resolves first.

got ya,  thanks for clearing that up for me.  I have been wondering about that for some time.  I think I get it now.  Since the card says shuffle back into the library there is no stack for that,  it happens before the trigger would even go off.  Not only that,  it has to be in the graveyard in the first place.  Since it shuffles back in it would shuffle before the trigger of gleancrawlers ability.  So that goes for all shuffle back in creatures.

You can sneak the Gleancrawler  and it will come back to your hand along with everything else.Just be sure to put its triggered ability on the stack before sneak attack's trigger.

No, you can't, you chose the order of triggering, the stack isn't actually used (so if you sac first, than its ability would trigger, or if you trigger its ability first, than it resolves before you sac it.).

Brainssss. . .
