Remove the trike's counters, targeting itself with the damage.  It goes to the graveyard, it comes back.  Do it again...etc.

How would YOU exploit the loop?

Kill them. You only need to deal one of the damage to the Triskelion itself, the other two can go to an opponent's face.

Incorrect, Paradox. With the Scythe equipped, Triskellion is a 3/3 at base before the counters. It will need to hit itself with all 3 of it's damage to kill itself.

It would work if you had some sort of sac outlet like Altar of Dementia though, Triskellion could ping itself, ping your opponent, and then get sacrificed, coming back into play with the Scythe.

anything that does a coming into play effect, or going to the graveyard would work. Soul warden, hissing iguana.

remove 2 counters hit opponent for 2

2/2 creature left deal damage to istself and lose the +1/+1 counter so it dies.

Repeat.

Ashnod's or phyrexian altar's  give infinite mana
Altar of Dementia gives infinite mill
Arcbound Ravager would be an interesting way to use the engine
Extruder gives infinite +1/+1 counters - if you have two triskelions out this could be fun
Life Chisel is infinite life


Combine Ashnod's altar and Minion reflector for infinite Triskelions

These are just a few of your options - staying in the infinite realm of course.  My favorite would have to be the Ravager, as you can still ping the opponent for 2 of the Trisk damage, and then get a +1/+1 counter for the Ravager.  Multiple threats are always good.
