With skill borrower in play and Time Vault in your hand, use Isochron scepter with brainstorm to put the time vault on top of your library... You can now play the time vault's activated ability without the drawback of having to skip your turn to untap it... Use brainstorn on your next turn again...

Add a couple of Braids of Fire, a Magmatic Core and an Earthen Goo and you have untold possibilities for destruction. I did it with Paradox Haze, but the time vault combo ends up so much meaner. ^^
