Pretty Simple - Have Brine on the Table FACE-UP. Next cast the Vesuvan FACE-DOWN. Then morph it into a Brine! At the beginning of your next upkeep turn the shifter face-down. Keep morphing every turn. Your opponents will never be able to untap. This works nicely in multiplayer or ever 2-headed giant games! :-)

Nice... A lockdown deck... Combo it with Kismet or something...
