this combo dosent work like it's printed,
if I have intruder alarm, march of the machines, Bright earth Banneret, and Mana cylix in play, and
1)I play Grinning Ignus for (1)(r), 2)then pay (r) to get (2)(r)
3)pay one and tap Mana cylix for (r)
4)I play Grinning Ignus for (1)(r)
5)then pay (r){from step 3} to get (2)(r)
to fixit you need 2 Brighthearth Banneret so you get infinite mana, then you need a second Mana Cylix to make infinite mana of any color

unless i missed something

Too many cards; might as well just go with a Pili-Pala + Paradise Mantle + Heartstone combo if you are looking for infinite mana of any colour.
