1. Have either warden, the enchantments, and any 1/1 other than the warden.
2. scar the 1/1, which puts a -1/-1 counter on it, thus triggering Flourishing defence. You gain one life.
3. the 1/1 goes to the graveyard, so you have to put a -1/-1 counter on another creature.
4. Put it on the 1/1 token, you gain 1 from defences, then blowfly then new token, etc.

Shards of Alara also has a card that could replace the warden - Deathgreeter. It sort of ruins the elf theme but enables you play the combo in more recent formats.
