This works really well in a R/U Instant/Sorcery deck that I run. It works especially well when you cast a draw card (such as Inspiration) so that you can draw 3 cards (4 if the gelectrode is untapped)

I like it, seems like fun.

Tap draw a card, cast lightning bolt... untap

Tap draw a card, oh land... good thing I was saving this electrize!, cast electrize... untap draw a card, tap draw a card.

Repeat next turn.

 

Yea, deffently fun.
