OHHH,
indestructibility, tajura preserver, and iona sheild of emeria (choose white so ur stuff cant be exiled)

cant be destroyed, sacrificed, OR exiled too :P

As to why you would play the prosicutor is beyond me. . .

Morbid: To beat that, use Evacuation or the Rakdos the Defiler/Bazaar Trader/Lust for War combo.

It would eventually be a draw. I'm actually working on a deck based on these two creatures, although my ultimate goal with is to exile all other permanents, libraries, graveyards and hands. :P

Well, how about having infinite mana and causing each other to draw enough cards to draw your library then discarding them all... No thing else to do right?

There is absolutely something else to do. At the point, I would find a way to either destroy or exile all permanents other than the Angel and Persecutor, then find a way to make everyone discard any cards they had, then Exile all graveyards, so that the only 2 cards left in the game would be these 2 creatures.
