Once you get out all three of these permanents (you can use M.T. to speed this up), you activate Scourglass to kill their stuff. Then you bounce Sharuum to your hand with M.T. and play it without paying it's mana cost. When it comes into play, you can return Scourglass to the field, so every one of your turns, all their non-artifact permanents die.

On a technical note, you don't play the sharuum, it is put directly into play with Master Transmuter's ability.

Returning the artifact is part of the cost of the spell, so it can't be responded to by your opponent. If they try to path of Exile your creature, you can pay the cost and return the targeted creature to your hand to put the ability on the stack. If the opponent has no responses, you can put the creature you returned right back into play (choosing an artifact in your hand is part of the resolution, which means you don't need to reveal or say what you want to put into play until the opponent has passed priority
).

Another card that works well with Transmuter is Thousand Year Elixir. It lets the Transmuter not only activate as soon as it hits play, but lets you untap the transmuter so you can use its ability multiple times per turn.

So hypothetically, you can use MT to return herself to your hand as part of the cost, and then you can choose to put her into play via the ability?

That's so weird.
