Basically this combo Is Enough Mana to make enough saporlings equal to half your library or make enough mana. You'll want fervor or burst of speed or somehaste manuver, but it becomes endless when emrakul reshuffles it into your library, so endless mana, saporlings, and cards add niv-mizzet for endless damage
