***Another card needed for the first part of this combo is not in the database, Dauntless Escort from Alara Reborn***
Using Hypergenesis, Dauntless Escort, and Wrath of God:
Suspend Hypergenesis. When it resolves, keep dropping permanents until you drop Dauntless Escort. Seeing you dropping all those creatures and stuff will cause your opponent to want to drop permanents to keep up with you and not lose board control. When you have both passed on dropping a creature, let yourself move to your main phase and activate Dauntless Escort to make your creatures indestructible, then activate Wrath of God to Wipe their board Hard.
Using Hypergenesis, Mycosynth Lattice, Darksteel Forge, and Scourglass:
Suspend Hypergenesis. Same as with the first, start putting things from your hand into play and end up putting Mycosynth Lattice, then Darksteel Forge, then Scourglass into play. Because this is during your upkeep that this all happens, you can activate the Scourglass. With Mycosynth Lattice in play making all of your permanents into artifacts and Darksteel Forge making all those then indestructible, you won't lose anything when you activate the scourglass (except itself in the sacrifice)
Another Alternative to Scourglass is Nevinyrral's Disk, but you need to play it the turn before Hypergenesis comes into play or have some method to untap it because it comes into play tapped. The disk is more powerful, though, because it doesn't need to be sacrificed, it just destroys all artifacts, creatures, and enchantments (Mycosynth Lattice makes sure the lands and planeswalkers go too) but sticks around because it becomes indestructible and can therefore be activated over and over again.

Umm... Scourglass does not kill artifacts anyway, so Mycosynth Lattice would render the Scourglass useless. But Wrath of God would still work. Nice combo!

Just want to throw out there that you can cascade into Hypergenesis without suspending it. You will probably use the Scourglass instead of WoG because it is cheaper and more effective. Also, you would want to use Violent Outburst as your cascade spell because it is instant speed and can be played during the upkeep. Also, all of the fattie creatures you just played get the +1/+0 from Violent Outburst because those creatures were put into play by Hypergenesis, which resolves first. Throw in a Madrush Cyclops and even Progenitus/Autocthon Worm (keyword: MASSIVE CREATURES) and you are good to go.
Your deck should consist of heavy draw, counterspells, and board sweepers (Scourglass, etc) to stall for hyper.

Bah! didn't even notice that Scourglass is useless...
Think of the cascade trick (with Wraith of God) as reading like a ultra Martial Coup:
5WWWRGG
All players take turns putting permanents into play. Then destroy all creatures opponents control. They can't be regenerated.
