Play all of these. Tap Blueprints to draw a card. Discard a card with Mind over Matter. It goes to the top of your library. Untap Blueprints. Repeat.

Most often, you won't even need Library of Leng.

This combo no worky. Library of Leng only affects cards discrarded as effects, not costs.

You can't use the Library of Leng ability to place a discarded card on top of your library when you discard a card as a cost, because costs aren't effects.

Mind Over Matter discards as a cost (current wording is Discard a card: You may tap or untap target artifact, creature, or land.) so Library does not affect it.

You don't even need Library of Leng if they have less than 50 life.

wheel of the sun and moon. It goes to the bottom. This lets you set you hand the way you want, and kill them in the process. Go through you deck without the cards going tot the graveyard. It's better that way.

You don't need to put anything in there. MoM, and Niv-Mizzet are a continuous damage combo by themselves, with the damage limited only by the number of cards left in your deck.

LOL... A "Mind over matter" combo? Why not post an Arcanis, the Impotent (errr, i mean Omnipotent) + Niv-Mizzet + Mind over matter...

Yep, but in the ubsurb situtuation that they have more life than you have cards in your library then Emerkal makes this infinate.
