I saw this combo on an MTGSalvation.com rules forum post.

With both cards in play, activate Riptide Mangler's (currently a 1/4) ability. This causes an effect that switches his Power and Toughness in a layer after the Glorious Anthem is applied. This becomes his new P/T which is also bonused by Glorious Anthem making him a 5/2.

You can repeat this process as many times as you have mana to make him go from 1/4 > 5/2 > 3/6 > 7/4 > 5/8 > 6/9 > 10/7 > etc.

I do hate to say this, but it doesn't switch it's power and toughness. What happens, is you keep targeting it, so it would be a 1/4, 2/4, 3/4, 4/4, etc, he gains the power of target creature, not toughness.
