since players skip they're untap steps - it's possible to make all of your oponent's lands (of the chosen type) phase out, and never phase back in!

There is one small problem, the lands won't phase out with both out at the same time.  You'd need to make the lands phase out, then drop the sands on the next turn to make sure you hit something.
