Aphetto Alchemist  is Fatesticher But BOTH play the SAME role. (Fate is Modern However)

I MADE this combo. Chewy requested it in modern, so Here it is! took me a while to come up with. Only used knowledge of cards and mtg card search, did not refer to other combos.

Its a big, and probably inefficient setup, but these cards have multiple synergies with other cards, so its NO Problem!

First, Play Isochron Scepter, and attach (exile) Cloudshift (instant) to it. (Pay 2U)
Next have Grand Architect-3Blu and Fatesticher-4Blu In Play
Next is a part of the combo YOU CHOOSE!
You can either have - Village Bell-Ringer in Play-3W
                                or - Sky Hussar-5WBlu
                                or - Intruder Alarm-3Blu + ANY Creature In Play

Now Begin the 5 card combo!

Tap Grand Architect Itself (His ability) for 2U
Use (Tap)Isochron Scepter, Thereby using Cloudshift
Cast Cloudshift on Village Bell-Ringer or  Sky Hussar or ANY Creature w/ Intruder Alarm
Untap All Creatures, (Except Isochron Scepter)
Tap Fatesticher to Untap Isochron Scepter
Tap Grand Architect Itself (His ability) for 2U
Use (Tap) Isochron Scepter, Thereby using Cloudshift
Repeat....

This allows All creatures you control to be INFINITELY Untapped

Therefore, If you have Stuffy Doll-5U In Play (Infinite DMG)
                    If you have Reveka, Wizard Savant -4Blu in play (Infinite DMG)
                    If you have Heavy Arbalest attached to Village Bell-Ringer, or Sky Hussar, or                      ANY creature (Infinite DMG)

OR
                    If you have ANY land in play such as  Faerie Conclave-B , Forbidding Watchtower-W                    Dread Statuary-U,  Ghitu Encampment-R, Mishra's Groundbreaker,
                   (Infinite Mana of that Land type)

I just realized an alternative combo when creating  a diff combo of mine! LMAO..... saves 1 card! :)

Instead of attaching Cloudshift to Isochron Scepter, and exileing  Village Bell Ringer, Sky Hussar ,or a creature with Intruder Alarm in play, do this:

Attach Call to Glory -2W (Untaps all creatures Instant).

Now just  have Stuffy Doll-5U In Play (Infinite DMG)
                    If you have Reveka, Wizard Savant -4Blu in play (Infinite DMG)
                    If you have Heavy Arbalest attached to ANY creature (other than aphetto and architect)  (Infinite DMG)

OR
                    If you have ANY land in play such as  Faerie Conclave-B , Forbidding Watchtower-W                    Dread Statuary-U,  Ghitu Encampment-R, Mishra's Groundbreaker,
                   (Infinite Mana of that Land type)

Sorry but Aphetto Alchemist is not modern. No card in Onslaught is modern. You need something printed later than that set to replace it.

With some more expensive options, you could make this combo standard, just to throw it out there (e.x. Deadeye Navigator to replace IsochronScepter+Cloudshift).

Boyachi - That WOULD work, but not as you stated :( however, genius idea!!
                   This is not possible because that ability to exile costs 1U1B and you cannot produce 1B Infinitely as Grand Architect Taps ITSELF for 2U, and can only be used on ARTIFACT spells or abilities (Isochron qualifies)

However, This would work if you have
                                   Deadeye Navigator-6Blu
                                    Intruder Alarm-3Blu or   Village Bell-Ringer-3W or  Sky Hussar-5WBlu
                                   2x Creature Land (1 Blu 1 X) Such as Faerie Conclave and Any Other Creature Land

This Creates a DEADLY 3 Card Combo MONO BLUE (2 Card Really) (8 Mana Turn Cost :( ), as you must have:
                                   2x Faerie Conclave In Play
                                   Intruder Alarm in Play
                                   Tap 2 Blue Mana to Make 1x Land Card a Creature
                                   Tap 6 Blue Mana, Play Deadeye Navigator, Use Soulbound On Land Creature
                                   Now Both have Tap 1B1U for Exile
                                   End Your Turn (unless u have 4 more mana! (after 8 used) then make creature  a                                    land   a exile land, begin infinite Process.
                                   If not
                                   End your turn, cast 2B2U mana, make 2x land creatures, exile land with soulbound,
                                   Inifinite Untap for all Creatures.


This Combo is highly Innefective though ( 2 turns, 8 Blu-mana OR 12 Blu-mana one turn.... :(

Again, recheck what is in standard. Here is an infinite mana/damage that does work:
Deadeye Navigator (Soulbonds to Flicker creatures for 1U)
Gilded Lotus (Source of your infinite mana, 3 of your choice at a time)
Zealous Conscripts (Will be flickered by Deadeye to untap and gain control of your Lotus. This is not only allowed directly by ZC's errata, but I also got the idea from SR819's Abduction combo)
Kessig Malcontents (since you will be building up 1 extra mana each time you flicker-tap the first three cards, you just build up a large amount of mana and flicker this guy to deal at least 3 damage at a time with this guy each time he enters the battlefield)

1.So about turn six you need to have Lotus and Conscripts in play. Assuming you hardcasted the Lotus last turn through typical land tapping, you WILL be able to play Navigator regardless of whether you play a land for this turn (by tapping the Lotus, for UUU, plus the 5 mana from your lands will be 8. Deadeye =6. 8-6=2(UU).
2.Soulbond Navigator to Conscripts. Use the UU to flicker Conscripts to untap (and then tap) Lotus for UUU.
3.Repeat step two infinitely for infinite mana.
4.Use infinite mana to play (if need be)Kessig Malcontents and then flicker Malcontents repeatedly with Deadeye for infinite player damage.

ooo ok I see what ur saying.. i thought you were using it with the first combo i submitted lol.
anyways, i got a question.....
If i Tap a creature, then flicker that creature, when it comes back into play... is it untapped? If so, Do i need haste to tap it again?

Yes it comes into play untapped. Yes it has summoning sickness so it cannot do stuff that requires it to tap (and vigilant creatures cannot attack first turn either unless otherwise noted).
