So mine are Mirrodin and Kamigawa......It seems that the older blocks are better than the newer ones. I mean, the new ones have some good cards, but they're so-so overall.

I'm going with Ravinica-Coldsnap-Timespiral ( there was something about split second that just kicked ass )

Does anyone else realize that split second is the same as the card type mana source found before classic?

Going to have to go with either masquerade, or the artifacts cycle.

Alara, I'm a fairly new player and that was the set that was out when I started playing... Grixis ftw!

Grixis and Jund aren't sets they were a colour scheme. You want the alara block.

Shadow moor had terrible art for the first thing
Second, it really started to through off the balence of the game giving power to colors that shouldn't have it, lastly: Faires, kithkin, and scarecrows

I'll admit, Kithkins and Scarecrows were annoying, but I never had a problem with Faries.

I didn't think the art was too bad and I liked colors having different abilities they shouldn't have.

I liked kithkin, but I agree on the art the dwarves (I've tried and tried to make a GOOD Dwarf deck since I started playing) were awfully drawn. On the whole I didn't like wither, but the set had the stillmoon cavilier (my favorite art on a zombie) and I hated scarecrows too, but I'd give it B-/C+ area an ok set not great but not bad. Nowhere near as much fun as lorwyn treefolk.

Mine would have to be mirrodin to fifth dawn just cuz artifacts are fun as hell and zendikar to eldrazi because zendikar is probably one of the most fun sets to draft and just play. I love landfall!

Wolfclan: Fairies are the most annoying creatures in the existence of Magic! Kithkin are fun to play, and Scarecrows look OK.

Have you ever played against them?

Not that I have, but they seem annoying.
